Install the app

WHATSTHENET is an installable web app. Add it to your phone, tablet or computer straight from the browser, with no app store. It opens in its own window and can reopen core lessons without a connection.

What you get

All tools, careers and lessons, in their own window with the WHATSTHENET icon.
The home page, Learn pages, the free course and Sources reopen offline after the app has loaded once online. Other pages you have opened online may also reopen offline.
Live figures, such as the Treasury debt check and the API preview, need a connection.

Compatibility and privacy

Installation works in current Chrome, Edge and Samsung Internet on Android, Chrome and Edge on Windows, macOS and ChromeOS, and Safari on iPhone and iPad (Add to Home Screen). Firefox on computers does not install web apps. Offline reopening works only in the published site, not in editor previews.

WHATSTHENET is not in the App Store or Google Play. The app stores only site pages and files on your device; it does not save anything you type into the calculators.
