What this site does with information
This statement describes the site as it is actually implemented today. It will be updated if the implementation changes.
No accounts; one optional inquiry form
This release has no site account-registration, newsletter or general contact form. The only form is the optional partnership inquiry described below. Hosting access controls may still require sign-in. The app does not ask for names, email addresses or contact details through these features.
Partnership inquiries
The Partnership opportunities page embeds an inquiry form provided by Zoho Forms, an independent service. If you choose to submit it, your full name, work email, organization, partnership idea and your acknowledgement of the independence policy and permission to respond are sent to Zoho Forms and stored there for partnership review. They are used only to review and respond to your inquiry. Submitting is not a subscription, does not sign you up for marketing and is not a commitment to purchase. The form is loaded from Zoho when you open that page, and Zoho's own privacy terms apply to its service. Share only business contact information needed for the inquiry.
Calculator inputs
Calculator and manual scenario inputs (salaries, assumptions, headcounts, debt and revenue figures) are processed in your browser to produce the result on screen. The app does not send those financial inputs anywhere. Apart from the explicitly saved plans described below, it does not save them. Closing or reloading the page clears them. We do not ask for sensitive personal or financial identifiers, and you should not enter any.
Exceptions: saved lists and entry plans
On the stock research screener you can keep personal ticker lists. Portfolio names, ticker symbols and company names you add or import are saved in your browser's local storage on this device so they survive a reload. They are not sent to us or to the hosting platform, are not placed in links, and are not logged. Imported files are read in your browser and only the portfolio, ticker and company columns are kept; share counts, costs and prices are ignored. Clearing your browser data deletes the lists, and anyone using the same browser profile can see them. Research notes are not saved. Other financial inputs stay transient unless included in an entry plan you explicitly save.
In Stock Research & Valuation, Save on this device keeps a frozen entry plan in this browser's local storage. It contains company/listing identity, source and date fields, your valuation assumptions and the computed range and entry threshold. It does not save free-form research notes or imported files. Lists and plans are specific to this browser profile and site address, not synchronized between devices. Clearing browser data removes them; someone using the same profile can see them.
Explicit ticker requests and offline pages
When you explicitly request SEC financials by ticker, the ticker is sent to the site's SEC endpoint, which may request official public SEC data. Availability depends on hosting access and configuration. This does not send your portfolio lists, notes or financial assumptions. Local financial-file imports are processed in browser memory. The installable web app may cache visited pages and assets for offline use; this is separate from saved lists and plans. Read-only hosted data endpoints return public site data.
Hosting platform and usage data
Pages are delivered by a hosting platform. That platform may collect usage and technical data (for example visitor analytics, IP address, timestamp, pages viewed and browser type) under its own settings and policies. This is separate from the calculators: the app itself processes your calculator entries locally in your browser and does not send them to the platform or to us.
Fonts and external links
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service when a page loads. Pages also link out to official sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Bureau of Economic Analysis and the U.S. Treasury. Those organisations operate their own sites under their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow a link.
Changes
The personal tool data the app intentionally saves is the lists and entry plans described above, kept in this browser on this device. If we later add accounts, forms, app-level tracking or any other saved data, this page will be updated to describe that before or at the time the feature goes live. See also Terms and Sources & methods.
